Keto Healthy Hair Smoothie
Unsweetened non-dairy milk (we love coconut!), 1 scoop of a flavoured low carb protein powder (PHD Diet Whey is a good one to use), 1 heaped tablespoon of Locako Flavoured Keto Collagen, 1 tbsp of MCT oil or MCT powder (powder is easier on the tummy at first), 2 tbsp of Chai seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon powder (great for blood sugar regulation). Optional is a few frozen raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries.
Place every ingredient in your blender, mix for 30 secs and pour into your favourite glass!
