Shake well before use
To cook your keto porridge on the hob
-simply add 100ml of your favourite milk to a pan and gently heat. Then, add two heaped tablespoons of keto porridge mix to a pan and stir until the mix has been fully absorbed by the milk. Continue stirring until its reached your desired consistency.
To cook your keto porridge with a microwave
-Combine 100ml of your favourite milk with two heaped tablespoons of keto porridge mix and stir them together in a bowl. Then on a high power, cook for 90 seconds. safely remove your bowl and continue stirring until the milk has been fully absorbed by the mix
-add 50ml to 100ml of boiling water to the keto porridge mix and continue stirring until it has reached your desired consistency
whichever method you choose, please ensure its at a safe temperature to serve. If your porridge hasn’t reached your desired consistency, continue cooking for a little longer and siring until its perfect for you.
Two table spoons roughly equals one 30g serving. It’s so simple!
