  1. Pre heat the oven to 180’C and line a 8x8 inch tin with greaseproof paper
  2. Blend the dry mix eggs, butter and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Pour into baking tin and spread evenly
  4. Bake for 12- 16 minutes for a fudgy brownie or until the top feels set but may still have a wobble.
  5. For a cakey brownie 15- 20 minutes or until the top feels springy.
  6. Allow to cool in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut into squares.
  7. Keep at room temp for 2 days, in the fridge for 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  8. Enjoy on its own or serve slightly warm with a dollop of cream.
