Ham & Mozzarella Pizza


Serve with a nice green salad or homemade coleslaw and celeriac fries!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Lightly fry the lo-dough base in a dry frying pan for a few seconds each side.
  2. Spread over the base the passata and garlic paste (mixed).
  3. Add on top sliced mozzarella, ham slices and torn basil leaves.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and a touch of oregano if desired.
  5. Place in a preheated oven, 180C for 10 mins watching regularly until the cheese is melted to your liking.
