Keto Carbonara

Quick and easy keto carbonara.

  1. Open the Palmini, drain and thoroughly rinse.
  2. Cook your bacon strips on a pan or bake in the oven.
  3. Sauté the Palmini on medium heat for about five minutes or until heated through, then turn off the heat.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the butter and double cream before adding in the grated cheese and black pepper. Stir continuously until a smooth texture forms.
  5. Mix the Palmini and with the creamy sauce until fully combined then add in the bacon bits. Finally, sprinkle black pepper and parmesan cheese.
  6. Enjoy!
