Keto Cheese and Broccoli Quiche​

  1. Line a flan dish with greaseproof paper.
  2. Roll out your lo dough base.
  3. Fit the base into the flan dish.
  4. Add 6 eggs into a bowl and add the milk and pepper and whisk until light and fluffy.
  5. Chop your broccoli into small bite sized pieces and par boil for around 5 minutes.
  6. Chop a handful of green onions.
  7. Mix together your broccoli, onion and cheese.
  8. Then add the egg mixture and the broccoli mixture to the flan dish.
  9. Top with cheese and place in the oven on gas mark 6 for around 25-30 minutes.​
  10. Remove from oven when starting to brown, serve with green and enjoy!​
