- Wash and dry the vegetables.
- Chop the cabbage.
- Grate the carrot.
- Mix together well.
- Add mayonnaise, vinegar and celery salt.
- Optional – mix in grated cheese to taste.
- Toss the salad until the dressing covers the slaw.
- Store in an air-tight container the fridge for up to several days.
