Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the vegetables.
  2. Chop the cabbage.
  3. Grate the carrot.
  4. Mix together well.
  5. Add mayonnaise, vinegar and celery salt.
  6. Optional – mix in grated cheese to taste.
  7. Toss the salad until the dressing covers the slaw.
  8. Store in an air-tight container the fridge for up to several days.
