Instructions
- Wash and dry the veg and leaves.
- Chop the tomatoes, crush the garlic, zest and squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
- Add the spinach. Mix together well.
- Add the FullGreen riced cauliflower raw or heat in microwave for two minutes.
- Add the cumin and nuts then give the salad another mix.
