Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the veg and leaves.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, crush the garlic, zest and squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
  3. Add the spinach. Mix together well.
  4. Add the FullGreen riced cauliflower raw or heat in microwave for two minutes.
  5. Add the cumin and nuts then give the salad another mix.
  6. Add Hunter & Gather Greek Olive Oil Dressing to taste.
  7. Sprinkle Keto Naturals Crispy Cauli Bites on top for tasty crunch.
