Keto Quorn Sausage Stew

A keto vegan stew – but still packed with protien!

Instructions
- Dice and fry shallot and garlic in a large saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Add tomato puree and Worcester sauce, stock and thyme, bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the apple juice into the arrowroot mixture, season to taste and remove from heat,
- Fry Quorn sausages for 8 minutes until golden, turning frequently.
- Chop the cooked sausages then add to the pan.
- Top with plenty of grated cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
