Ingredients

3 cups of ice
140ml of rise keto milk alternative
120ml of heavy whipping cream
2-3 tablespoons of NKD Living Erythritol
1 scoop of vanilla flavored protein world protein Powder (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

Add 3 cups of ice to the blender and blend.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
Blend again until smooth.
