  1. Mix the eggs, arrowroot powder, almond flour, and milk until all well blended.
  2. Pour a small amount of oil into each well of your baking tin, and place in a heated over for 15 mins.
  3. Remove from the oven, pour in your mixture until ¾ full, and return to the oven for 15 – 20 mins.
