Place your crumbs on a large plate
Add your beaten egg to a wide bowl and then place the chicken in it. Add a good pinch of salt and pepper here.
Place the eggy chicken into the crumbs and then carefully coat. You can repeat this process for an extra thick, crispy coating if desired (remember — Heylo is super low carb)
To cook, preheat your oven to 200C and place the chicken on a well oiled tray or baking rack. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once part way through. Alternatively, this can also be shallow fried in oil and foaming butter.
Serve on top of a delicious and nutritious salad of your choice.
