Shipping policy
We use a tracked service for all shipments and currently offer the options below:
PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping is available on every order over £30, and we will always use the tracked 2 working day service. That means you save £3.99!
Additionally, subscribers are charged just £3.99 for Royal Mail Standard delivery for any subscriptions under £30. Over £30, it’s free for those customers too, as above.
Standard Tracked Royal Mail Delivery – 2 days (Order before 4pm Mon-Fri for same day dispatch): £3.99.
Choosing this option means that your order should arrive up to 2-3 working days after it has been placed. Please allow 1 day for picking and packing and the “TRACKED 2 days” refers to the time your shipment will take to arrive after it has left the warehouse.
Often, our turnaround is much faster than the above, with some orders arriving the next working day but we always ask you to allow 3 days from the date of despatch before contacting our Customer Service team about a late delivery when selecting this option.
Where an item in your order is out of stock we may hold the order until we receive fresh stock which may delay the despatch. If we are not expecting fresh stock for an extended period we may remove and refund the item and despatch.
From arrival - our bread will have a minimum 5 days freshness guarantee.
Premium Tracked Delivery – next day (Order before 4pm Mon – Fri for same day dispatch): £4.99.
The tracked Next Working Day service is the fastest option we provide, and it is always recommended when purchasing any fresh products.
Choosing this option means that your order will arrive the next working day as long as you have placed your order before 4pm that day.
This service is not available in Northern Ireland.
Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver on working days - this means delivery does not occur on Sundays or Bank Holidays and is not guaranteed on a Saturday.
All orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
GUARANTEES
Unfortunately, no delivery service has any guarantees set in stone regarding their delivery services and the quoted timeframe and we are at the mercy of this system like everyone else. In their defence, they do a great job 99% of the time!
