A low carb sweet treat. Perfect as part of a dessert or just as a sweet snack.
Showing the versatility of our low-carb bread, this dish using crumbs made from Heylo as a replacement flour. Our best white bread is perfect for this - tasty, filling and perfect for keto/low carb diets.
Ingredients
- 5 medium eggs

2 cups low carb breadcrumbs (made with Heylo)
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup erythritol
- 3 tbsp butter softened
- 1 tsp sugar free
- Juice of 1 lemon and grated zest
Directions
Start by preheating your oven to 350F/180C and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Combine the wet ingredients into a medium bowl until the eggs look frothy and the sweetener is dissolved.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
Combine the wet and the dry ingredients to create a smooth keto pound cake batter.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the pound cake cool down and enjoy it!
