This delicious low-carb bread stuffing is perfect for a festive feast or a comforting family dinner. Made with Heylo Lighter White Bread, this stuffing is packed with flavour and super-low in carbs.
Ingredients

Heylo Lighter White Bread: 6 slices (cubed)
- Butter: 50g (melted)
- Onion: 1 medium (diced)
- Celery: 2 sticks (diced)
- Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)
- Fresh Thyme: 1 tablespoon (chopped)
- Fresh Sage: 1 tablespoon (chopped)
- Chicken or Vegetable Broth: 250ml (low-sodium)
- Salt: ½ teaspoon (to taste)
- Black Pepper: ¼ teaspoon (to taste)
- Egg: 1 large (beaten)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Fry diced onion and celery in butter until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the cubed Heylo Lighter White bread, sautéed vegetables, fresh thyme, and sage.
- Pour the chicken or vegetable broth over the bread mixture, followed by the beaten egg.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Gently toss until the bread is evenly coated and moist.
