Ingredients

  • Baby bell peppers
  • Cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley to garnish

Directions

  1. Chop the stalk off the pepper and chop in half-length ways.

  2. Take all of the seeds out and make sure the inside of the pepper is empty​.

  3. Stuff the pepper with cream cheese.

  4. Melt cheese under the grill (Optional)

  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.

  6. Enjoy!
