A delicious low carb snack or keto side dish recipe.
Simple, fun to make and eat and perfectly low-carb, these snack sides are great as nibbles, party food, or as a side dish.

Ingredients
- Baby bell peppers
- Cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley to garnish
Directions
Chop the stalk off the pepper and chop in half-length ways.
Take all of the seeds out and make sure the inside of the pepper is empty.
Stuff the pepper with cream cheese.
Melt cheese under the grill (Optional)
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
