A tasty keto coleslaw that goes with almost anything!
A quick and easy low carb recipe that goes with... well, anything you like. Classically served next to bbq grilled meats, or on salads, having a keto-friendly coleslaw recipe up your sleeve is a huge plus.

Ingredients
- 100g Mayonnaise
- 10ml Rice or Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ Tsp Celery salt
- 400g Red or White Cabbage
- 100g Carrot
- Optional – grated cheese to taste
Directions
Wash and dry the vegetables.
Chop the cabbage.
Grate the carrot.
Mix together well.
Add mayonnaise, vinegar and celery salt.
Optional – mix in grated cheese to taste.
Toss the salad until the dressing covers the slaw.
Store in an air-tight container the fridge for up to several days.
