A couple of years ago, pesto eggs became a bit of a viral craze. But unlike some online trends, this one shouldn't be forgotten about so quickly! Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and add a tablespoon of pesto.
Add your eggs. As they cook, baste with any excess pesto from around the edges.
While your egg cooks, toast your bagels.
Once cooked, butter your bagels, season to taste. and serve with the pesto eggs on top.
