  • Each roll contains 3.7g carbs, compared to regular white rolls which typically contain 25-30g carbs.

  • While our rolls are a perfect portion size for sandwiches and burgers, they might be slightly smaller than some other standard white rolls. This is by design to keep the carb content low while maintaining that amazing taste and texture. Trust us, they're super filling!

  • For maximum freshness, store in the original packaging at room temperature, making sure to stick to the best before date. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 6 months from the date of arrival.

  • Many of our diabetic customers tell us our bread doesn't spike their blood sugar like regular bread. However, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider about specific dietary needs.

  • We've removed palm fat and reduced salt in our Lighter White Rolls to create a healthier, cleaner product. This has slightly increased the carb content, but we believe the nutritional improvements make it worthwhile. Even with this small change, our rolls remain significantly lower in carbs than regular white rolls, while maintaining the same great taste and texture you love!

  • There are all sorts of ways to use our Lighter White Sub Rolls. Use them as hotdog buns, load with your favourite sandwich fillings, or even brush with garlic oil to make garlic bread. The possibilities are endless!
