Low carb bruschetta - the simplest low carb starter!

This Italian inspired starter couldn't be more simple and makes the perfect start or light lunch.

Using our low-carb subs as we have done here, or go with rolls if you prefer. Both are available in our shop now.

Instructions

  • Heat up a pan or griddle, drizzle you sub halves with oil and toast the flat sides face down in the pan
  • Mix your tomatoes with seasoning to taste and more olive oil and the basil
  • When the subs are toasted, take them out of the pan and rub with the garlic
  • Pile the tomatoes on the garlicky bread and serve.
