Low carb fruit crumble? Sounds impossible, right?

- A generous handful (30g) of Heylo Honeycomb Granola
- A knob of butter (30g)
- 3 dessertspoons of erythritol (sweetener)
- 100g blackberries
Directions
In a bowl, make the crumble top by rubbing the butter, half the sweetener, breadcrumbs and granola together.
Place the berries into two ramekins and sprinkle over the remaining sweetener
Add the crumble topping to the berries
Bake in a on oven at 180C for 15 mins or so, or - even quicker - place in your air fryer for about 7 minutes.
