PANCAKE MIX FAQs

  • Not at all - this is one of the easiest things you'll ever make. Empty one sachet into a bowl or jug, add 70ml of cold water and mix until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over a medium heat, pour in your batter and cook for around 2–3 minutes on each side until golden. That's genuinely it. One sachet, one pan, done.

  • 17g of protein per 27g sachet. That's a brilliant start to your day. Stack your pancakes, hit your macros, feel great about breakfast.

  • We think they're pretty darn good. Fluffy, golden, with that slightly sweet batter flavour you'd expect. Pile on your toppings and enjoy.

     Weekend breakfasts used to be one of those moments I had to think carefully about. Watching everyone pile their plates and working out what that meant for the rest of my day. It's such a small thing but when you're living low carb, those small things add up.
