  • Pre heat your oven to 180C. Open up your lighter white rolls and place the bases in an oven dish.
  • In a bowl mix the chicken with the hot sauce.
  • Add mayo to the roll bases, then some cheese, the saucy chicken, more cheese and put the lids on
  • Brush the tops with mustard and top with a small sprinkling of (more!) cheese
  • Bake for approx 15 minutes or until golden on top and hot and gooey in the middle
