Low carb dumplings using with breadcrumbs made from Heylo products. Perfect for soaked in a keto stew.
Nothing beats a dumpling for stretching a stew a little further and making people feel extra full - the bonus is that they are delicious in and of themselves.

Ingredients
- 2 free range eggs

8 slices of Artisan seeded bread, blitzed to a crumb tbsp coconut oil
- Chopped herbs/flavourings of your choosing (you can add cheese, gently fried onions, spices, etc)
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Form about 8 balls.
Drop the balls into your favourite broth or soup.
Cook the dumplings in the broth or stew for about 10 minutes.
