This low carb crumble really hits the spot!

Low carb fruit crumble? Sounds impossible, right?

Well, not at all actually - made with lower carb berries like blackberries (or raspberries) and topped with a mix of Heylo's white bread and granola — turned in to a crumble-topping with butter and sweetener, this classic dessert is yours to enjoy!

  • In a bowl, make the crumble top by rubbing the butter, half the sweetener, breadcrumbs and granola together.
  • Place the berries into two ramekins and sprinkle over the remaining sweetener
  • Add the crumble topping to the berries
  • Bake in a on oven at 180C for 15 mins or so, or - even quicker - place in your air fryer for about 7 minutes.
