  • Put your sausage, bacon, tomato and mushrooms (brushed in melted butter/oil) in the oven or under the grill and cook for approx 15-20 mins (if grilling, turn occasionally).
  • Mix the eggs and parmesan and soak the bread slices in the mix - allow to sit until 5 minutes before serving.
  • When ready, fry the eggy bread until golden brown on both sides. Serve with the grilled items on top.
