A low carb, pumpkin twist on regular bruschetta. Sweet roasted pumpkin and tangy goat’s cheese spread over tasty, toasted Heylo Low-Carb Lighter White Rolls - perfect as an appetizer or a quick keto friendly bite any time of day.
Ingredients

Heylo Low-Carb Lighter White Rolls: 4 rolls
- Pumpkin: 200g (peeled and diced)
- Goat Cheese: 100g (crumbled)
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons (for drizzling)
- Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
- Fresh Basil: a handful (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
In a bowl, toss the diced pumpkin with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the seasoned pumpkin in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender.
