Ingredients

4 Lighter White rolls
- 160g chicken cooked breast - in chunks
- 160g grated cheese (we used a cheddar/mozzarella blend)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar based hot sauce (we used Franks)
- 1 tablespoon Grain mustard
Directions
Pre heat your oven to 180C. Open up your lighter white rolls and place the bases in an oven dish.
In a bowl mix the chicken with the hot sauce.
Add mayo to the roll bases, then some cheese, the saucy chicken, more cheese and put the lids on
Brush the tops with mustard and top with a small sprinkling of (more!) cheese
Bake for approx 15 minutes or until golden on top and hot and gooey in the middle
