A great low carb recipe to have in your culinary arsenal.
Not all our recipes involve our amazing keto friendly bread. This Yorkshire pudding is one such recipe - the perfect low carb side to enjoy with your Sunday lunch. That said, if you aren't mopping up your gravy with a buttered slice, you are missing a trick!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp (15g) arrowroot powder
- 10g almond flour
- 100mls of dairy-free or lactose free whole milk (lower in carbs)
- Cooking oil (we like to use avocado oil or a light olive oil).
Directions
Mix the eggs, arrowroot powder, almond flour, and milk until all well blended.
Pour a small amount of oil into each well of your baking tin, and place in a heated over for 15 mins.
Remove from the oven, pour in your mixture until ¾ full, and return to the oven for 15 – 20 mins.
