A delicious, keto-friendly twist on traditional tacos made with low-carb Heylo Lighter White bread. A soft, low carb shell filled with tasty seasoned mince, topped with fresh salad, grated cheese and creamy avocado.
Ingredients

Heylo Lighter White Bread: 4 slices (flattened)
- Minced Beef: 400g
- Taco Seasoning: 2 tablespoons
- Cheddar Cheese: 100g (grated)
- Lettuce: 1 cup (shredded)
- Tomato: 1 medium (diced)
- Avocado: 1 medium (sliced)
- Sour Cream: 100g (optional)
- Fresh Coriander: A handful (chopped, for garnish)
- Lime: 1 (cut into wedges for serving)
Directions
- Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of Heylo Lighter White bread until thin and pliable.
- Fry the minced beef over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring until well combined.
- Take a flattened slice of bread and spoon a portion of the meat mixture onto one side.
- Top with grated cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and avocado.
- Fold the bread over the rolling pin to create a taco shape. Repeat with remaining slices.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of coriander and lime wedges on the side.
