A traditional Italian favourite done the low carb, high protein Heylo way. The fried egg on tangy ricotta and vibrant spinach covering a crispy Heylo Low-Carb Pizza Base make this a special savoury treat with super high levels of protein.

Heylo Low Carb Pizza Base: 1
- Fresh Spinach: 100g
- Ricotta Cheese: 75g [Dollops]
- Mozzarella Cheese: 75g [Grated]
- Low-Carb Tomato Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
- Fresh Parsley: [For garnish]
- Egg: 1
Directions
Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Drizzle olive oil over the Heylo Low Carb Pizza Base on a backing tray or pizza stone and spread it evenly.
