Our low carb bread is the perfect option to keep this nice and keto. Serve with sausages, bacon and mushrooms and you are onto a keto friendly breakfast winner!
Ingredients

2 slices of Heylo Seeded Loaf
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 15-20g finely grated parmesan
- 1 sausages
- 20g chestnut mushrooms
- A knob of butter/drizzle of olive oil
- Half a tomato
- Two rashers of bacon
Directions
Put your sausage, bacon, tomato and mushrooms (brushed in melted butter/oil) in the oven or under the grill and cook for approx 15-20 mins (if grilling, turn occasionally).
Mix the eggs and parmesan and soak the bread slices in the mix - allow to sit until 5 minutes before serving.
When ready, fry the eggy bread until golden brown on both sides. Serve with the grilled items on top.
