Ingredients
1 Heylo Lighter White Sub
Pizza sauce - we mixed tomato puree, good quality tomato ketchup, olive oil, mixed herbs and garlic powder
Grated cheese - cheddar or mozzarella
Any toppings - We used mushrooms and some olive paste
Directions
Cut the sub(s) in half and grill bottom side up for a few minutes just to crisp up the edges
Add pizza sauce, cheese & toppings
Pop back under the grill for 5-7 mins or until cheese is melted & starts to crisp up
