Our amazing Artisan Seeded Rolls replace the traditional high-carb bread with an amazing, no compromise low-carb alternative. The egg salad consists of hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, a touch of red onion, parsley and seasoning.
Once the egg salad is prepared, it’s spread generously onto the low-carb roll, creating a delicious and satisfying sandwich full of nostalgic flavours, but with significantly fewer carbs.
Ingredients

1 x Heylo Artisan Seeded Rolls
- 1 Large egg, boiled and roughly chopped
- A heaped tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 10g finely chopped red onion
- 5g chopped parsley
Directions
Slice open and butter your low carb roll
Boil and chop up egg
Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl and season to taste
