This low-carb breakfast is the perfect way to start the day
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs are just a perfect treat for breakfast. The soft, creamy eggs (flecked. with chives or spring onion tops) perfectly compliment the smokey flavour of the salmon. For those on low-carb diets, the hack here is to swap your toast for Heylo — either our Artisan Seeded or Lighter White (only adds a couple of extra carbs). The benefits don't end at low-carb. This one is high protein and high fibre too (not to mention the salmon's healthy omega 3 fats).

In a sauce pan, add a little butter and scrambled your eggs over a low heat. Cook and season to your liking.
While the eggs cook, toast your Heylo slices
When the eggs and toast are ready, butter the toast and arranged the eggs and salmon on top. Garnish with finely chopped chives.
