This low-carb breakfast is the perfect way to start the day
Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs are just a perfect treat for breakfast. The soft, creamy eggs (flecked. with chives or spring onion tops) perfectly compliment the smokey flavour of the salmon. Ingredients

2 slices or artisan Seeded Loaf
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 60g of smoked salmon
- Butter for your toast and to cooked your eggs
- Finely chopped chives to garnish
Directions
In a sauce pan, add a little butter and scrambled your eggs over a low heat. Cook and season to your liking.
While the eggs cook, toast your Heylo slices
When the eggs and toast are ready, butter the toast and arranged the eggs and salmon on top. Garnish with finely chopped chives.
