2 Heylo Low-Carb Pizza Base
- Low-sugar tomato sauce: 2 tbsp
- Vegan cheese: 200g (shredded)
- Fresh tomatoes: 1 (sliced)
- Rocket leaves: 2 handfuls (fresh)
- Black olives: 10 (halved)
- Dried oregano: 1 tsp
- Dried basil: 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 220°C (392°F).
- Place the Heylo Low-Carb Pizza Base on a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the vegan cheese over the sauce.
- Evenly place the tomatoes, rocket leaves and black olives over the cheese.
- Sprinkle on the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
