Description: Rich and crunchy dark chocolate keto clusters packed with nutritious Heylo Chocolate Keto Granola that will easily satisfy a sweet tooth while keeping your carb count low. Ideal for a quick snack or a scrumptious dessert, these clusters are low in carbs and high in flavour.
Ingredients

150g Heylo Chocolate Keto Granola
- Dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher): 100 g (chopped)
- Almonds: 50 g (chopped)
- Unsweetened desiccated coconut: 30 g
- Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons
- Erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener: 1 tablespoon (Optional, adjust to taste)
- Sea salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the 150g of Heylo Chocolate Keto Granola, chopped almonds, desiccated coconut, chia seeds, and sea salt. If using, add the erythritol for sweetness.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the granola mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
- Using a spoon, drop clusters of the mixture onto the baking tray, spacing them about 5cm apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking tray.
- Once cooled, gently lift the clusters off the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container.
