Keto Breakfast Taco

This keto taco is a quick and tasty morning fix

A full on keto breakfast - this crispy cheese taco can hold more than just an egg - add avocado, ham, onions and eat using your hands!

Alternatively, rather than folding the taco over, serve it flat on a piece of buttered low-carb toast, made with your favourite Heylo slice. This will add fibre and protein to the meal while barely push the dial on the carbs!




  • Place a good handful of the shredded cheese straight into a warm frying pan, no oil needed.
  • Wait until the cheese has melted slightly, add your egg on top.
  • Cook until the egg is to your liking and remove from the pan.
