Water, WHEAT Gluten, Vegetable Oil (rapeseed), OAT Fibre, Yeast, Linseed Ground, Potato Starch, BARLEY Malt, BARLEY Malt Extract, Anti-caking Agent: Calcium Carbonate, Inactive Dry Yeast, Salt, Dried Skimmed MILK, Preservative: Sorbic Acid, Thickener: Xanthan Gum, WHEAT Flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), Flour Treatment: Ascorbic Acid.

Store in a cool dry place and once opened, consume within 5 days. You can also keep me in the fridge for extra freshness.
