  1. Whisk eggs and cream into a smooth mixture.
  2. Dip the bread into the mixture, coating both sides well. Let the mixture to soak in, but not so much that the bread falls apart.
  3. Heat the butter in a large frying pan.
  4. Put the soaked bread into the pan and fry for a couple of minutes on both sides.
  5. Drizzle with keto-friendly syrup, load with smashed avocado or layer with crispy bacon.
