A low carb salad bursting with flavour
This is a dreamy low carb salad that is perfect for anyone following a low carb diet. We’ve added the keto favourite, bacon, but feel free to leave out or replace with whatever ingredient you like.
Low carb bread croutons
Heylo bread crouton’s would be perfect here. Simply fry or bake torn up chunks of any of Heylo’s range of bread products in a little olive or avocado oil. Make them herby or garlicky – the choice is yours.

- To make the avocado egg salad: In a medium bowl, add diced eggs, avocado, bacon, cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, and lemon juice and combine with a spoon until creamy.
- Garnish with additional bacon, eggs and cilantro. Serve with whole-grain toasts, as a filling for sandwiches, or enjoy as a salad.
